Welcome to Postinity, a service provided by Postinity.io ("we," "us," or "our"). Postinity offers an AI-powered content repurposing tool that helps creators turn videos and podcasts into platform-ready content. The following Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of postinity.io and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully.
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
Certain features of the Service require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing credits, you agree to pay all applicable fees. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and we will notify you in advance.
The Service operates on a credit-based model. Paid plans include a monthly credit allocation that resets on each billing cycle, with unused credits rolling over up to a plan-specific limit. One-time credit top-ups never expire as long as your account is active. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access to the Service and your remaining credits until that date.
All purchases are non-refundable. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. However, by using the Service or consuming credits after purchase, you expressly request immediate fulfilment of the digital service and acknowledge that you waive this right, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. If you have not used any credits and wish to request a withdrawal, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the Service. Raw transcripts are never stored — they are processed in memory and discarded after generation.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including the website, design, logos, and software — are the property of Postinity.io and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our express written permission.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, or hateful; to infringe the intellectual property rights of others; to spam or deceive others using generated content; or to attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse the credit system, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate content. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, originality, or fitness of AI outputs.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if your account poses a security or legal risk. You may delete your account at any time from within the application. Upon deletion, your personal data is anonymised immediately and purged within 30 days.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postinity.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. EU consumers also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
